Highly practical development program
The ILMP Middle Leaders course will be held at the Fieldwork Education offices in central London. Our offices are located on Buckingham Gate, Westminster, next to Buckingham Palace, Green Park and St. James Park. A great place to learn and to visit!
Recent research highlights the significant contribution that Middle Leaders make to the learning in successful schools.
Three hugely experienced organisations – Fieldwork Education, European Council of International Schools, and the National Association of Headteachers – have been working together to bring a fresh approach to the professional development of all those working in middle leadership positions in international and internationally minded schools.
With the focus on learning-centred, morally driven, sustainable leadership and management practice, the International Leadership and Management Program for Middle Leaders (ILMP ML) provides a highly practical development program that can be applied to any school environment around the world.
